Our expertly smoked meats are cooked for hours using either Cherry, Peach, Almond and Oak wood. Each wood providing its own unique flavor infusing each piece with its own level of smoky flavor
We believe in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create our dishes. Choice or better grade on all of our smoked meats. Santa Maria style or bar-b-que we fresh ingredients we can pronounce. No frozen food here. We source from local farmers and vendors one - two days prior your meal to ensure the best flavors and presentation for your event.
We cook and serve on site the day of your event. Whether its in a twenty acre field or a commercial kitchen, we can handle your event. Your smoked meats, Santa Maria or bar-b-qued food will be on your guests plates moments after cooking.
